can this be done?

I'm wondering if there's a way to have a find done for a phrase/link automatically happen each time I manually refresh a page on a specific website and play some type of sound or some other alert to let me know that phrase was found?

The only thing I could find are website watchers, but those autorefresh the page which I don't want.

Anywayz, if anyone can help me out with this please reply or send me a PM.

I'm going on holiday tomorrow with no internet, so I can't really look into it unfortunately.
Basically I can think of a couple of ways to do it, depending on which program you want to handle it.

I don't think so? I'm just wanting it to ping at me when it comes across a specific phrase on a website. I don't think a place marker would do that....but then again, I know nothing :D

you're right, it probably wouldn't work but it might.

I'll look into it :D Can't hurt as I don't have any other solutions yet and I'm not techy enough to make my own.
